Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Customers are not permitted to request that Zerin Drury Art Limited print images containing or relating to the following:

• Racist material
• Material that is likely to incite hatred against any person or group
• Defamatory or otherwise actionable material
• Material that is libellous in nature
• Material that is deemed to be pornographic
• Images of any criminal act
• Material, the use or inclusion of which infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of a third party, or
• Material which breaches any applicable laws or legislation

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse to execute print orders, which breach our terms and conditions without notice. Where appropriate we may also to contact law enforcement agents or authorities should we receive images which breach any applicable laws and may supply such content to authorities and divulge otherwise private information to the authorities, including details stored within user accounts.

We may also reserve the right to refuse further service pertaining to any person or persons who has knowingly or unknowingly breached any of the terms and conditions of the website.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
